  1. The machine tool adopts the German Siemens SINUMARIK 828D numerical control system, which controls the grinding wheel feed and the table movement respectively, and automatically completes the grinding of the outer circle of the roller surface and the various grooves.

  4. The working table and the grinding rail support rail are supported by high-precision and heavy-duty linear rolling guide rails. The precision-preloaded rolling guide rail pair has a small coefficient of dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, and stable and reliable operation.

  Both the grinding wheel frame and the worktable are driven by servo motors, which are directly driven by the high-precision gapless ball screw, so the transmission accuracy is high, and there is no gap in the reverse direction. Their movement can be automatically completed by program control, or can be manually adjusted by the electronic hand wheel. to fulfill.

  5. The working table is divided into two working tables, the upper working table can rotate in the horizontal plane, and the upper and lower working tables are usually connected by pressing plates.
