M8432 Roll Ring Forming Grinding Machine is mainly used for grinding processing of tungsten carbide cemented carbide roll rings for high-speed wire production. Rough grinding, semi-precision grinding, fine grinding and non-sparking grinding of the outer circle of the hard alloy roller ring and the R-groove with a shaped diamond grinding wheel are necessary finishing equipment in the machine repair workshop of the rolling mill.
1. The machine tool adopts a PLC program controller to control the feed of the grinding wheel frame and the movement of the working table respectively. The positions of the grinding wheel frame and the working table are dynamically displayed by the grating digital display. After setting the grinding requirements, the program can automatically complete the outer surface of the roller surface. And the grinding of each groove.
2. The spindle of the workpiece headstock is driven by frequency conversion, and the corresponding speed can be set according to different workpiece parameters.
Tension mandrel is installed on the headstock main shaft. Put the roller ring on the tensioning mandrel, and use an Allen wrench to tighten the locking screw at the end of the tensioning mandrel to complete the self-centering installation and fastening of the roller ring to be processed on the machine tool.
3. The grinding wheel spindle adopts high-precision rolling bearings, and uses an independent box with fully sealed forced lubrication and cooling. It has excellent performances such as high spindle rotation accuracy, high rigidity, and long bearing service life.
The grinding wheel spindle is driven by a high-power (18.5kw) motor.
4. The table and the motion guide of the grinding wheel frame are supported by high-precision and heavy-load linear rolling guides. The precision and preloaded rolling guide pairs have small coefficients of dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, and stable and reliable operation.
Both the grinding wheel frame and the worktable are driven by servo motors, which are directly driven by the high-precision gapless ball screw, so the transmission accuracy is high, and there is no gap in the reverse direction. to fulfill.
5. The worktable adopts the inclined plane to support the head frame, which is convenient for drainage, and the weight of the head frame and the workpiece is pressed on the guide rail at the same time.
6. The machine tool uses an automatic lubrication system to automatically lubricate the guide rails and screw rods to ensure that the machine tool has always been in good condition, stabilize the machine tool accuracy, and extend the life of the machine tool.
7. The machine tool's coolant is cleaned with a paper belt filter, which has a good filtering effect, which not only ensures the cleanliness of the coolant, but also greatly increases the service life of the coolant.
