It is mainly used for rough grinding, semi-precision grinding, fine grinding and non-spark grinding of the outer circle and R-groove of tungsten carbide hard alloy roll ring, composite roll, high-speed steel roll for high-speed wire production. The shaped diamond grinding wheel is used to grind the hole shape and outer circle of the hard alloy roller ring, and at the same time, the numerical control control can realize the numerical control interpolation processing to grind the hole R arc fillet of the grinding hole type.
MK8450 CNC roll grinder is mainly composed of grinding wheel frame, head frame, working table, bed and other components.
The grinding wheel frame mainly provides the power for the grinding wheel to rotate, and can move forward and backward at the same time. The forward and backward movement of the grinding wheel frame is driven by ball screws. The guide rail is supported by linear guide rails. It has high sensitivity, no damping and fast response speed.
Headstock spindle motor adopts inverter control to realize stepless speed regulation.
The working table moves left and right using ball screw drive and precision guide rail support, with small damping, good anti-vibration performance and fast response speed. The upper working table adopts the inclined plane to support the head frame, which is convenient for drainage, and the weight of the head frame and the workpiece is pressed on the guide rail at the same time, and the head frame main axis and the inclined side of the work table can be automatically realized parallel.
CMK8450 CNC roll car grinding machine, the bed adopts the overall 2 + 2 rail structure, that is, the bed is horizontally arranged with four rails, and the four rails provide the movement and positioning of the saddle and tailstock respectively, and are on the vertical surface on the front side of the bed An auxiliary guide rail is provided as an auxiliary support for the bed saddle. This ensures that the bed saddle and tool holder have better rigidity and can bear greater cutting torque.
