1.1 Main uses

It can also perform rough machining on the outer cylindrical surface of the roll and some other shaft parts.

The machine tool is composed of bed, headstock, tailstock, tool holder, center frame and other components. The headstock and tailstock are installed on the left and right ends of the bed respectively. The tailstock can be moved or fixed along the bed rails. To meet the needs of workpieces of different lengths.

The main drive is driven by an AC asynchronous motor, and the spindle obtains 12 levels of rotation speed through mechanical speed change. The feed system obtains 12 levels of feed from the spindle through the mechanical speed of the light bar through the mechanical speed.

3. The main structure and performance of the lathe

1. Roller body

The bed is the basic part of the machine tool. It is equipped with a headstock above the left part, and a pool below the headstock for lubrication of the headstock. The bed is equipped with three flat rails, and the knife holder, tailstock and center frame are installed on the bed and can move longitudinally along its guide rails.

The main motor is installed under the left part of the bed. The motor base is adjustable in order to adjust the three belts on the pulley.

There is a chip removal channel between the guide rails of the bed, through which the iron chips can be discharged to the ground behind the bed.

2. Headboard

The headstock is a closed box, which is equipped with all pig transmission mechanisms from the pulley to the main shaft. The main motor is an AC asynchronous motor. Through the pulley and gear speed change, the main shaft can obtain 12-stage mechanical speed change, and its speed range is 2-90r / min.

The main motor is connected to the main transmission mechanism through a V-belt, and all transmission shafts are installed on rolling bearings. The main shaft is mounted on a double-row centripetal short cylindrical stick bearing with adjustable radial clearance, which can improve the accuracy, so that the main shaft rotates smoothly and with high precision.

There are three shifting handles on the front of the headstock. The combined use can make the main shaft obtain 12-speed rotation. The right side is also equipped with a handle whose feed amount is expanded eight times. The middle position of the handle is the feed disconnection position.

There is also a button station on the upper right of the headstock to control the start and stop of the spindle.

Workpiece clamping is achieved by four jaws mounted on the face plate. The jaws are mounted on the lead screw in the face plate. The rotation of the lead screw causes the jaws to move radially on the face plate.

3. Feed box

The feed box is a simple gear box, fixed under the bedside box to transmit power to the polished rod through a pair of gears.

 

4. Skateboard box

The skateboard box is fixed on the front and bottom of the knife holder. The box body is equipped with a feed speed change mechanism, a feed distribution mechanism, a feed operation mechanism and a rapid movement mechanism.

The power transmitted from the polished rod is connected from the left end of the slide box, through the six-stage gear speed change and the worm gear speed reduction, and finally transmitted to the tooth rod shaft. , So that the dental rod shaft drives the entire knife holder to move longitudinally along the bed rail. Through the distribution mechanism, the power can be transmitted to the horizontal tool post.

The right end of the skateboard box is equipped with a separate motor, which is specially set for the vertical and horizontal rapid movement of the knife holder.

In order to prevent damage to the mechanism due to overload or accident, a steel ball safety clutch is installed in the light rod power transmission.

The feed speed change mechanism is controlled by two handles, the rapid feed exchange and the vertical and horizontal change of the tool holder are each controlled by a handle, and the movement direction change and feed disconnection are controlled by a long handle on the left, at the upper left of the slide box It is also equipped with a handwheel that allows the knife holder to move longitudinally.

 

5. Knife holder

This tool post is composed of three parts: large pallet, horizontal tool post and tool post.

The power is transferred from the skateboard distribution mechanism, and is transmitted to the long screw in the large pallet through a pair of gears to drive the horizontal tool holder to make lateral movement.

There are two knife pads at the front of the horizontal knife holder, which are used as the top of the knife.

The tool post is installed on the horizontal tool post, which is used to hold the tool.

There is a square head in front of the tool holder, and the manual square head can move the horizontal tool holder back and forth in the horizontal direction.

 

6. Tailstock

The tailstock is composed of upper and lower bodies. The upper body is equipped with spindle, sleeve and spindle center adjustment mechanism. The lower body is equipped with a tailstock manual mechanism and a backstop mechanism.
